Our company was estabilished back in 1958 by Luigi Ostoni - actual owner's father -, with the specific aim of providing a total approach to high precision subcontracting work in the manufacturing industry.
Since its inception the company's commitment to up-to-date technology has led to a continual growth in the services offered to companies, our know-how can be applied to virtually any area in precision manufacturing.

Actually we have 2 separated departments for:

• CNC precision machining
• Manufacturing of pneumatic presses
  
  

Our current manufacturing systems based on automatic lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, machining centers, grinding machines, EDM wire machines, honing machines, etc., in both traditional and CNC forms. A specific division is specialized in the assembly of mechanical parts and complete machines. Our technical office has CAD/CAM/CAE 2D and 3D systems with qualified engineers for designing machines, dies and tools.

The company employs 20 people on a full-time basis. However various specialists are available on a consulting basis whenever necessary, to meet any requirement a customer may have. Subcontract manufacturing - a field where we have worked in since 1958 - always requires high precision and quality. We are used to working with precision every detail: for this reason we are well known and appreciated, in Italy and abroad (where we export around 70% of our products). We issue, for any precision piece that we manufacture, a test certification, this being the proof of the quality level we are offering to our customers. We are also obtaining the certification ISO 9001:2000.

In the subcontracting manufacturing field, we are able to undertake virtually every kind of mechanical production for every field of activity, from one-off or prototyping to small and medium batch high precision machining and assembling works. The company has done subcontracting work for various fields, these include the aerospace and racing industries, etc..
